Material & Work Planning
Transparent Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and coordinated trade scheduling.
We finalize calibrated BWP 710 marine ply, quartz/granite, veneers, modular hardware, and paint codes. We establish a transparent itemized BOQ and cross-trade work calendar so trades progress seamlessly.
Execution
Disciplined on-site construction supervised under single accountability.
Our in-house site team manages civil masonry, wall chasing, copper wire conduits, plumbing pressure tests, gypsum ceiling framing, and custom carpentry fabrication in tight sequence.
Finishing
Precision surface leveling, machine-sanded paint, and hand-buffed polishing.
The finishing phase defines tactile luxury. We execute multi-coat acrylic putty sanding, washable Royale emulsions, Italian PU wood polishing, hardware calibration, and light fixture mounting.
Final Handover
Comprehensive snag-list closure, industrial deep cleaning, and key delivery.
Before handover, our lead supervisor conducts an exhaustive snag inspection, checks every drawer runner, tests electrical circuits, executes deep cleaning, and delivers your space ready for immediate living.
