The original builder handover had heavy concrete soffits and poorly positioned electrical points that disrupted spatial balance.
Our site team realigned the ceiling planes with seamless gypsum coving, rerouted all electrical lines into concealed conduits, and built bespoke floor-to-ceiling oak storage units that maximize usable volume.
